Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction and General Information
1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through the online store available at [www.blublublu.com] (“Webshop”). The Webshop is operated by BLUBLUBLU Europe Kft., a company registered in Hungary with the following details:

1.2. By placing an order through our Webshop, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
The Webshop sells skincare, hair care, and other cosmetic products (“Products”) within the European Union. Orders may be placed only by individuals who are at least 16 years old.
1.3. These Terms are available in English and Hungarian. For customers in Hungary, the Hungarian version applies. For customers in other EU countries, the English version applies.

2. Ordering and Contract Formation
2.1. You can browse our Products on the Webshop without creating an account. Creating a customer account is optional, and orders can also be placed using the “guest checkout” option.
2.2. To place an order, add the selected Products to your shopping cart, proceed to checkout, fill in the required information, select your preferred payment and delivery method, and confirm your order.
2.3. Before completing your purchase, you will have the opportunity to review and modify your order details. By clicking the “Place Order” or similar button, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected Products under these Terms.
2.4. After submitting your order, you will receive an automatic email confirming that we have received it. This confirmation email does not yet mean that your order has been accepted. The sales contract between you and BLUBLUBLU Europe Kft. is concluded when we send an email confirming that your order has been processed.
2.5. We reserve the right to decline an order, for example, if the Product is out of stock or if payment cannot be processed successfully. If this happens, you will be informed by email and any payment already made will be refunded.
3. Pricing, Payment, and Delivery
3.1. All prices displayed on the Webshop are final consumer prices and include VAT in accordance with Hungarian and EU law. Delivery costs are not included in the listed prices and will be displayed separately before you confirm your order.
3.2. Payments are handled securely through our payment service partner, Mollie (www.mollie.com). Depending on your location, the following payment methods may be available: debit or credit card, Apple Pay, and (coming soon) Google Pay, Klarna, and PayPal.
3.2.1. For deliveries within Hungary, payment upon delivery by bank card is also possible.
3.3. Delivery is available to all member states of the European Union.
3.3.1. For Hungary, the following delivery options are available:
– Home delivery (MPL)
– Pick-up point delivery (Packeta – Foxpost, Express One – Automata, GLS – CsomagPont, Csomagpiac – MPL Csomagautomata)
3.3.2. For other EU countries, deliveries are handled by DPD or another equivalent courier service.
3.4. The applicable delivery options, estimated delivery times, and delivery costs will be shown during checkout before you confirm your order.
3.5. All warehousing, logistics, and order fulfillment are handled by our partner Boxy.hu.
We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. If delivery is delayed or becomes impossible for reasons beyond our control (for example, courier issues or force majeure), we will inform you as soon as possible.
4. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
4.1. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a person you designate (other than the courier) receives the Products.
4.2. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send a clear statement (for example, by email) to hello@blublublu.com, indicating your decision to withdraw from the purchase. You may also use the standard withdrawal form available on our website, but it is not mandatory.
4.3. If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us). The refund will be made without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after we receive the returned Products. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise.
4.4. You must send back the Products to the return address we provide without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the Products.
4.5. Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the Products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
4.6. Exceptions: For health protection and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to Products that are sealed and are not suitable for return once unsealed after delivery. This exception includes cosmetic and skincare Products that have been opened or used.
4.7. If a Product arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, please contact us at hello@blublublu.com as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement or refund according to applicable warranty rules.
5. Warranty and Liability
5.1. All Products sold through our Webshop are covered by the legal warranty required under Hungarian and EU consumer protection law. This means that we are responsible for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within the product’s best before period indicated on the packaging, and in any case not later than two years after delivery.
5.2. If you believe a Product is defective or does not conform to your order, please contact us at hello@blublublu.com as soon as possible, including your order number and a brief description of the issue. We may ask for photos or other evidence to help assess the problem.
5.3. Depending on the nature of the defect, you may be entitled to one of the following remedies:
– repair or replacement of the Product, or
– an appropriate reduction of the purchase price, or
– cancellation of the purchase and a full refund.
5.4. The Product warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow the Product’s care or safety instructions.
5.5. We take all reasonable measures to ensure that the information, images, and descriptions on our Webshop are accurate and up to date. However, minor differences in color or appearance may occur due to display settings or photography, and such variations do not constitute a defect.
5.6. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BLUBLUBLU Europe Kft. shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control (such as delivery delays caused by third parties or force majeure events).
5.7. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
6. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, and Miscellaneous
6.1. These Terms and any contracts concluded through the Webshop are governed by Hungarian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence within the European Union.
6.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Hungarian courts. However, if you are a consumer residing in another EU member state, you may also bring proceedings in your home country in accordance with applicable EU regulations.
6.3. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at hello@blublublu.com. We will do our best to resolve any issue quickly and fairly.
6.4. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, this will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
6.5. The current version of these Terms is effective as of the date displayed on the top of the document and will remain in force until amended or replaced. The latest version will always be available on our website and indicated with the date of last update.
